Agribusiness Chamber partners Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce and SLC Resource

The Chamber of Agribusiness Ghana (CAG), the apex independent entity that promotes and supports Ghanaian agriculture and agribusiness, has partnered with Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce and SLC Resource to promote trade and investment in the West African sub-region.

This partnership began at a meeting in Accra, last week, for a strong commitment by the parties to work together in organizing the median edition of the West Africa Trade and Investment Forum (WATIF 2018).

The annual WATIF 2018 conference and exhibition will bring together key players across various economic sectors within and outside West Africa, with special focus on four sectors; education and skills development, manufacturing, and agriculture and information technology.

This event, which will welcome every business in West Africa in the four selected sectors, is slated to happen on the March, 27 – 28, 2018 at the Oriental Hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos Nigeria.

At the meeting to discuss this agreement, the CAG team was led by its CEO, Mr. Anthony Morrison. SLC was represented by Mrs Michele Branco-Aiyegbusi, the Managing Director and CEO, and Taiwo Lawal, who is the Programmes Assistant, stood in for the Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce.
