Adams Immurana, and the people of Savelugu New Town, a suburb of 300 inhabitants in Tamale have received business communication equipment courtesy GHL Bank, to aid with the set-up of a full-service business centre for the community.

Presenting on behalf of management, Head of Client Experience, Mrs. Esther Dokuwaa Ofosuhene wished Mr. Immurana well and charged him to maximize the financial impact of the multi-purpose industrial machine. “It’s our desire that this donation goes a long way to improve your business, as has a positive ripple effect on your family and community”, she said.

Mr. Immurana expressed his gratitude saying: “I am extremely grateful to GHL Bank for responding to our call for assistance. We had written to several companies, but many did not respond – or did but without a favourable response. It came as a surprise when the CEO of the bank, Mr. Adu, responded and pledged to help us.”

Narrating the genesis of the donation, Mr. Immurana recounted how he found out about the bank through a business card given to him by a close relative. He contacted the CEO of the bank via email with his request and was pleasantly surprised to receive not only a reply, but a positive one.

Every year, the bank strives to assist several similar requests with the aim of empowering young individuals and small businesses with technology, business tools and business management tips to drive financial freedom for its beneficiaries.
