Minister for Communication, Mrs. Ursula Owusu-Ekuful has proposed to the youth to take full advantage of the endless possibilities that the digital age presents.
Owusu-Ekuful in an interview with Goldstreet Business said the subject of reducing the unemployment rate primarily resides in the hands of the youth thus, they should make worthy use of the digital era to transform their lives.

She appealed to corporate institutions to devise ways of teaching the use of digital marketing tools and practical ways of accessing financial services easy for all.
“We will create initiatives that demonstrate in practical terms what the digital skills of today can do to transform our lives and create jobs” adding that “the focus of government is to create jobs for the youth through harnessing and using skills that are available to them.’’
Mrs. Owusu-Ekuful added that the introduction the Online/Digital Marketing Entrepreneurship Training programme will demonstrate the exciting opportunities the digital era has presented explaining that the Accra Digital Centre will provide the needed ideal environment for training purposes.
