Heritage Bank has marked this year’s International Customer Service Week to appreciate customers for their loyalty towards the bank.
This year’s Customer Service Week was celebrated across the world in the first week of October.
It serves as a period when many customer-oriented institutions, especially in the services industry, appreciate their customers and staff.
A release issued in Accra on Friday said: “The global theme for this year was “Excellence Happens Here’.
Heritage Bank introduced a service campaign dubbed: ‘XSEED’ which promised customers an extra special experience every day.’

It said; “The week-long celebration was marked by a number of activities to build a digital experience mindset for customers and employees, celebrate employees for the work they do and raise company-wide awareness of the importance of customer service”.
The release mentioned activities performed during the week celebration to include, “International Day”, “Alternative Career Options”, “Colour Blocking”, “Representing Home Regions”, “Casual Denim Day” and other engagement at the work place and on social media platforms.
