Management, staff and customers of Zenith Bank (Ghana) Ltd., last Saturday, participated in the 14th anniversary edition of the ‘Zenith Health Walk for 2019’ under the theme, “Go Lite…Live Lite”.
The event which attracted about 800 participants, served as a platform for stakeholders to bond, while creating the needed awareness on healthy living and the Bank’s digital products and services.
The Managing Director /Chief Executive Director of the Bank , Mr. Henry Oroh, addressing participants, noted the Bank has invested enormously into its mission and vision statement in a bid to continuously deliver a world class banking experience for customers.
“At Zenith Bank, we have the best technology and platform for serving customers. Some of these technologies include, online collections and payments as well as *966# for accessing the Bank fully” Mr. Oroh noted.
He appealed to all existing customers to endevour to link to the technologies of the Bank in order to enjoy the full benefits of being part of a world class modern banking system.
“The customer is not a visitor to our premises but a part of the bank and the reason for our existence. We are not doing them a favour by serving them but rather an opportunity given by the customer to the Bank to serve. If you are already a customer, ensure to Go Lite…Live Lite with Zenith by linking on to the bank’s various technological platforms to benefit fully from the several opportunities available” he said.
Other products of the bank are Point of sale Terminals, Zenith MasterCard and Visa Cards, Zenith Internet Banking, Z-mobile (the Bank’s mobile app), Scan To Pay, Mobile Money Bank2Wallet Service and others.
Mr. Oroh indicated that Zenith Bank in the next three years, has set a goal to be number one in Ghana by further enhancing the existing team work, working ambitiously and creating new frontiers in the industry.
There was free medical screening, product sampling as well as lots of fun at the event.
