In view of ensuring safe environment, Xerox has been designed with an advanced technologies and software to improve overall power and carbon consumption at workplace, the Managing director of Docutech, Jean-Louis Feghali has said.
Speaking at a workshop, which was meant to expose user of the Xerox to its advance functionality, Feghali said, “the less you print, the less you have carbon footprint. So, our printer allows you to first know the volumes you are printing, then you can have a strategic printing.”
It also allows for an easy access to performance indicators and data related to device utilization.
With this data, employee productivity can be boosted by identifying paper intensive processes, meet sustainability initiative by redesigning the print infrastructure,” Feghali stated.
“We then help you digitize by automating labour intensive workflows by capturing and managing content, as the machines are cloud enabled to quickly adapt to future workforce requirements,” he added.
There were two main sessions; the first was about office solutions, which was addressed to all Professional bodies, banks, telecom, ministries all private or public offices.
The second session held later in the day, was about Examination printing, which was mostly addressed to units, departments which have high volume of print to produce in a very short lap of time.
