Due to the rapid spread COVID-19, the FanYogo Cool Chop Promo was closed on March 31, 2020, which is earlier than the originally scheduled April 30, 2020.
In a statement, the Company said, “In order to align with measures to ensure compliance with the COVID-19 safety precautions and minimize the risk of exposure to our staff and our consumers, we will be ending the FanYogo Cool Chop Promo on March 31, 2020 (earlier than the originally scheduled 30th April 2020).”
The promo portal was closed from 12 midnight of March 31, and all entries received after this time will be deemed to be invalid.
“We will reward weekly winners selected so far and will also select winners for the grand draw from pool of valid entries in conjunction with the Gaming Commission, at an appropriate time. In line with ensuring total transparency, winners will be contacted, and their names will be communicated on relevant media platforms.”
“In making this decision, we have considered all options available under the advice of all relevant stakeholders. This represents the best compromise to arrive at a mutually beneficial conclusion of the promo whilst rewarding consumers who participated.”
