Shell has rewarded some lucky customers across the country for their loyalty to the brand over the years.
Customers were delighted in patronizing the company’s array of petroleum products and were also treated to freebies on the Shell ‘Customer Contact Day’, which was observed in Accra.
The Shell Customer Contact Day was set aside to interact and solicit feedback from the valued customers at Shell Retail Stations, lorry parks and lubricant distribution outlets across the country.
Speaking at the event, Ag. MD and Finance Manager of Vivo Energy Ghana, Jean-Michael Arlandis, said the “customer relationship is a lifetime commitment, and so giving more value to customers is what will keep them attracted to our product and services.”
Michael Arlandis said “Shell will continue to lead in innovations, quality and safety to give customers value for money and to also impact their lives positively.”
Shell has launched a number of initiatives, including Shell App, Helix 5W*30 in partnership with quick restaurants, as well as introduction of pit stops, among others, to enhance customer relations.
The event is also to inform customers about the Shell ‘No. Y3 Deep’ promo reloaded under which fantastic prizes, including brand new Hyundai grand i10cars, 1–6 months free fuel and over GHc100, 000 prizes would be given to winners across the country.
The theme for this year’s Shell Customer Contact Day was “Giving Customers More Value than Expected.”
Some customers at the event, expressed their appreciation to Shell for the gesture and gave assurance of their commitment to the brand.
Shell has been operating in Ghana for the past 90 years.
