FBNBank has rewarded winners of the third mini-draw of its ‘FBNBank Save and Win Promo’. This was meant to appreciate clients and to deepen the clarion call to Ghanaians to develop a savings culture.
Speaking at the Grand Draw on Thursday in Accra, Managing Director and CEO, Gbenga Odeyemi noted presentation of prizes to the third mini draw winners is fulfilling our promise made to you when we launched the 2018edition of the Save & Win Promo in May this year.
Odeyemi said, “So far, we organized draws in July, August and October 2018 to pick 30 mini draw winners in the promo and today, we will present prizes to 10 customers that were picked as winners in the third mini draw of the promo that was held at our Santa Maria branch.”
At the grand draw, the first prize winner walked away with a65 inch curved television as other winners also take home digital television sets. The rest of the customers that were picked as winners also received prizes such as an iPad, a double door refrigerator, a washing machine, a laptop, a gas cooker and a table top fridge.
Odeyemi noted that the Bank had received an inflow of US$72.5million from its parent bank, First Bank of Nigeria to shore up the capital in order to meet Bank of Ghana’s new minimum capital requirement.
“We are liaising with the Bank of Ghana and other government agencies in order to obtain the necessary approval,” he said.
