A new quiz competition is set to hit our screens produced byIconic Multimedia. The awards and closing ceremony for the shoot of the first seasonof the ‘Kids World’ quiz competition was executed on December 8 at the office of the Voice Centre for Inclusive Community at Kawukudi.
At the end of sixteen weeks of competition involving sixteenschools, New Hope International School represented by Victoria Asomani and Ahmed Abubakar Sidiq emerged victors receiving medals, certificates and GHc1,500.00 cash prize.
Alpha Morning Dew School represented by Emmanuel Gyamfi and EmmanuelAmpiah placed second walking home with a GHc100.00 cash prize, certificates andmedals while the Greater International School led by Fauzia Mohammed and ZainabAbdul Salam rounded things up with a GHc500.00 cash prize, certificates and medals.

In session for the closing event were Mohammed Hadi Abdullah, Chairperson of Circuit Nineteen private schools, Theophilus Adjei; a circuit supervisor, Rabiu Maude; President of Zongo Inspiration and Hajia Memunatu Uthman; thePublic Relations Officer of Iconic Multimedia.
The competition was open to pupils from classes four to six, aged eight to thirteen years with two representatives from each school rounding up to thirty two contestants. Having shot the scenes, the producers will now edit and then start screening on about two TV channels in Accra.
