Leading telecommunication company, MTN, has rewarded customers and some key partners at this year’s customer service awards ceremony in Accra.
Four call centres including ISON Team 19, Eagles Team, Nkunim, Ison Team 6 and four branches; Tema C 25 Service Centre, Tesano Service Centre, Takoradi Main Service Centre and Tamale Service Centre were among frontline winners.
Some external stakeholders among the top 10 winners were, Econet Media, Timmwe, aYo Intermediaries, Prepeez, Hubtel, Cellulant, Nsano, Dream Oval, Jumo and the United Pension Trust.
Citations were also presented to Tecno Tree Convergence, ISON BPO International, Innova DDB, Rakes, Insight HR, Reliance Personnel, Huawei Technologies, Ericsson, BSYSTEMS, Rancard Solutions and KIW&WK (engineers).
MTN CEO, Mr. Selorm Adadevoh, lauded the award winners for their immense contributions to the success of the company.
“The essence of this award is that, it gives a new face to our Closed Loop Feedback Awards which until today was internally focused. We will recognize our stakeholders as well as staff who have distinguished themselves in their area of service to our great brand,” Mr. Adadevoh indicated.
He explained that MTN has all the time provided staff with a healthy and competitive environment which creates a culture of excellence.
“That culture is what distinguishes us from others, and we hope to continuously motivate our customers and stakeholders in the years to come,” he said.
