He has a court date on June 20 and is out on a GHc50,000 but that has not dampened the spirit of Hiplife/Afrobeats and Reggae-Dancehall act, Stonebwoy.
Stonebwoy is geared up to play at the Kasarani Stadium alongside the Morgan Heritage reggae band for the ‘Tomorrow Leaders Festival’ in the East African country on June 8.
The charity festival is engineered as a global initiative to raise funds for youth leadership programs across Africa and Jamaica with benefactors including Save the Children, UNICEF, UNESCO, UNODC, OXFAM International, Shofco, Joy Divine and several other non-governmental organizations.
This hopefully can be a welcome respite for the man who got his two awards secured on May 18 at the 2019 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards stage stripped after a brawl with rival Shatta Wale who also got his awards stripped off him. The two have also been slapped with an indefinite suspension from the awards scheme.
